Conquer the Monoliths - New PVE Mode
Strange and powerful Monoliths have appeared across all regions of Krystara! Each one holds a set of epic battles that, once conquered, provide stacking buffs in that region’s PVP playlists.
Monolith Enhancements
These various PVP buffs last for 1 hour and can be extended by battling in the Monolith again. Once the buff’s timer ends, adventurers will have to start at the bottom floor of the Monolith all over again.
Beware the Blood Frenzy
Strange auras are spreading across regions, fueling enemies with uncontrollable blood lust! Of course, the greater the challenge, the greater the reward! Earn twice the amount of Victory Points and Silver Marks from defeating these foes.

WHAT'S NEW:
WARBANDS, ASSEMBLE!
Warbands are premade teams ready to be recruited and taken into battle. They include 3 troops, at least one of which is Epic, an Ultra-rare weapon, a Team Slot and a Banner. Gather War Coins to acquire and upgrade them.
YOUR VAULTS WILL GLIMMER WITH GOLD... AND CHAOS
Present your deeds of battle at the Temple and the spirits will reward you in kind. Shrines are a new way to earn extra resources: they will fill up with Gold or other earnings from each of your battles. Once half full, they will open up for you to purchase accumulated gold up to a maximum, plus a bonus reward.

WHAT'S NEW
RULES HAVE CHANGED, AS HAVE REWARDS
New drafting rules centered on troops present new challenges and make choosing the right lineup more important than ever! There may be less battles on your way to the final victory, but some of them could prove tougher. Only the daring will emerge with a heap of Trophies, glory (or Glory Keys, which are the next best thing), and the sweet taste of victory.
WEEKENDS AT THE ARENA
There's some special action reserved for Weekend Arena Events, when custom challenges may introduce a twist on your Arena runs, and additional rewards are up for grabs. Test your mettle and earn Valor while you can!

WHAT'S NEW
LEVEL UP YOUR KINGDOMS... BY THE BOOK
Six new Books of Deeds hold the secrets to unlocking the true might of your home Kingdom! Now Kingdoms can be leveled up to 20, with each level conferring a special building and corresponding perks, such as Faction Hoard Stats and Kingdom Team Bonus upgraded to Tier V. The Power level cap for Kingdoms is being raised as well, with new levels -up to 30- which will become achievable by completing Kingdom Tasks and new Kingdom Power Tasks in the months to come.
FIND THE KEYS TO EPIC LOOT
Pesky treasure gnomes are always sought after by adventurers eager to reap the bounty of their Vaults. But most elusive are those who carry an Epic Vault Key, which opens the way to untold riches... and a fierce boss fight. Besides the possibility to go into Epic Gnome Vaults, we've made a host of changes on Gnome Vaults and related Weekend Events. Track the gnomes' movements carefully; you may even come across the deadliest and trickiest of them all, one said to have vile Daemon blood coursing through its veins!

ARTIFACTS OF FATE
Powerful Artifacts have turned the tides of War and shaped Krystara throughout the ages. Now you have been chosen to wield their might, discover their secrets, and shape fate.
This major update to Gems of War is brimming with new content: seasonal Campaigns with epic rewards for those willing to fight until the end, a fearsome new Faction, a revamped calendar of weekly challenges and more.
WHAT’S NEW
Uncover mysteries, earn epic loot!
Campaigns are a new way to adventure and battle for rewards on top of the Weekly Events. Earn stars by taking on Bronze, Silver or Gold Tasks, and use them to earn Campaign Pass rewards and a chance to level up your Artifact each week. There is one Artifact per campaign. Besides conferring powerful stat bonuses in all game modes during the period, unlocking their power will reveal stories about the cataclysmic forces and events which shaped Krystara as we know it.
Go Big, go Elite
As an optional upgrade to your loot hunting during the Campaign season, we’re introducing the Elite Pass, which will open up a whole new track of rewards to unlock for players inclined to do so. If you want to go all the way, the Elite+ Pass tops it off with rare rewards and a weekly influx of Stars to help with your Campaign progression.
Face your Daemons
A new Faction has arrived: Illithia. The Illithians are an ancient breed of Daemon, who use their mind powers to turn their enemies against themselves. With the Underworld now blown wide open, they are preparing their first attack on the lands above. Tag alongside Gemhammer on a quest to seek out and destroy the dreaded Hive Mind commanding this Faction.
Gems for weekdays and weekends alike!
Campaigns are a great occasion to introduce more World Events, which will run throughout the weekdays. But, fear not, community-favorite Raid Boss Events are becoming weekend features alongside Invasions. Guild Wars will continue to be held every 4 weeks, on top of the other events.
Weapons to bring Kingdoms to their knees
Kingdom Weapon Packs feature 33 new weapons now offered to players who have yet to complete the Kingdom questlines. The weapons deal extra damage to enemies of the corresponding Kingdom, and Packs also include extra resources to help in completing quests. Avid collectors who have already finished their Kingdom quests can still craft Kingdom Weapons during weekly events or purchase them on Flash Offers.
